TidalBall is not recommended for children under the age of 3 years old. Everyone else should feel free to enjoy!

Where is your distribution center/website? Is this where I send any items that need to be returned?

Any units eligible for return can be sent here. If you let us know that you are returning an item, we will send you a prepaid postage label with the address above.
